I am on this planet living this human experience boldly, wholeheartedly and wildly free. We didn’t come here for mediocrity, to be tied into systems, to play small or to suffer. I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist, strategic psychotherapist, Past Life Regression therapist, NLP Master, certified life coach and intuitive healer. For the past several years, I have been helping big hearted women embody their divine feminine energy and discover a new way of living; one that re-awakens their heart and inner wisdom, clears out fear, empowers them to live fearlessly and confidently, believe in themselves and become magnetic to the life and relationships they desire.

The title of ‘Life Coach’ gets thrown around a fair bit! It’s wonderful that so many people have gone through significant growth in their lives and want to help others, however please know! traditional life coaching is just not my jam! Whilst some people thrive in traditional life coaching framework,
As a self-titled CONSCIOUS-LIFE COACH I have crafted my own unique framework, modalities, techniques, processes and styles and I work specifically with humans (mostly women, but I also work with a small number of men) from a more consciousness-focussed, spirituality-embodying, mind/soul/third eye expanding perspective. Whilst I am not for everyone, there will be people that can hear me and see me beyond their human ears and eyes. If that makes sense to you, then there’s a reason you’re here!
Our sessions will include some traditional styles of coaching including education, goal setting, accountability and strategy and we’ll also take it a step in the more esoteric space by connecting with a Higher Power that you resonate with (it could be God, Universe… what ever you call it doesn’t matter!), we’ll touch on spiritual practices (this is nothing to do with religion just so we’re clear!) including the use of divination tools like oracle cards, if you’re a woman we’ll be working in with your cycle, your Divine Feminine anatomy and your innate intuition and wisdom, if plant medicine is your jam then we’re definitely going to get on well, and if you’re a full body f*ck yes to doing the work, staying committed to your purpose, investing in yourself and having an epic time along the way, then it sounds like the stars aligned for us!
My coaching services can be specifically tailored programs or free-style - i.e. I may be running a program for a set period of time with a specific process and outcome, however we can also freestyle around anything you’d like to work through specifically.
ALL my work points in one direction no matter the route we take - empowering you to live a conscious life and experience liberation! Be warned, you hang with me and you’ll catch sparkles!
