What is Rapture? Rapture is an ecstatic state where awareness, breath, body and heart sync so fully that you feel lifted out of your ordinary self and into vivid aliveness. Think awe, devotion and eros braided together. It is not escapism or a constant high. It is a cultivated capacity of the nervous system to hold more aliveness with grace. Practised well, rapture becomes a doorway to self mastery, soulful connection and liberated living.
This isn’t some self help programme. This is not a ‘dip your toe and see what it’s about’ thing. This isn’t, ‘yeh I’ll get to it when I have time’. And it’s certainly not a ‘I will sit on the sideline with my camera off so I can’t be seen’

After running my wildly successful 12 and 20 week programmes, Unearthed Goddess and Embodied Goddess over a number of years, I stepped back from group work to focus on 1:1 coaching. My love of working with groups has come full circle, but this time, it’s sexier, more powerful, it’s deeper, it’s racier. Think Tantra flavoured meets sacred rebel, meets holy priestess, meets liberated Goddess.

What is a Muse? A muse is the living spark of inspiration that moves through you. In myth she was an external goddess who whispered ideas to artists. In real life she is an inner presence, the union of intuition, eros, and creativity that lights your body, steadies your mind, and guides your expression.
Your muse is not a mood or a passing high. She is a current you can cultivate. When you meet her, you stop outsourcing validation and begin creating from self devotion and truth.
The fun part is, through this journey, I promise you magical stuff will happen. You’ll go places. Things will change. You’ll manifest what you desire from where you put your energy. You’ll see yourself stripped bare and rebirthed. You’ll inspire yourself. Your heart will be your golden compass. Your yoni will be the whisper of intuition. You’ll flow with grace. Let’s get to the juicy stuff - I am a Tantra teacher and facilitator, lovergirl, pleasure seeker, truth speaker, space holder and a girls-girl. I don’t gate-keep the stuff that I know changes lives, and trust me when I say, pleasure is where it’s at.
Now, it’s not ALL orgasms and lingerie, well, maybe it is! But if you want to be magnetic to miracles, wildly abundant, soulful and sexy, and move through life like the Queen you are, I’ve got you! It’s what I do - and I will teach you what I know!
And I am no different to you - I am a mum of 2, a partner in a long distance relationship, a business owner and a keep-the-shit-together all rounder - all the damn human labels! And what I am dedicated to is continuing every day to master is Myself. My thoughts, my feelings, my emotions, my pleasure, actions, my views - that doesn’t mean I have it all figured out (so far from it!). What it does mean is that I’ve taken a personal vow of growth and dedication to be the most radiant, soulful, sexy, loving, playful, confident, creative, rebellious self. The Wild Woman. The Goddess. The Medicine Woman. The Poet. The Healer. The Portal of Life. The Wisdom Keeper. All of it. Why? Because that is the path of the feminine, to be it all if she so chooses to be. And the call is so deep to share it, so here we are.

I will outline all of the details you need to know, but I will also leave a little mystery as to what Be Your Own Muse includes.
SO WHAT ACTUALLY IS IT?
Great question - it’s an awakening, an opening, a reflection, a portal, an initiation. Its sacred teachings, its wisdom bombs, its truth, it’s probably a bit of discomfort, its sexy and its soulful. I will teach you how to be your own Muse - the centre point of it ALL. I absolutely LOVE facilitating group work, and pouring so much into it. I don’t want to give too much away, but this will be unlike anything I’ve done before!
HOW LONG WILL IT GO FOR?
4 weeks - a nice short container that doesn’t drag out, yet covers so much ground.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Women only, vulva-owners if you must… We will be talking about yonis, wombs, breasts, juices…. if you have these, you’re welcome in this space. Participants must be over 18.
WHEN WILL IT BE?
We will have our first group Zoom call on Sunday 21st September at 7pm (AEST). This is a powerful New Moon, it’s the second Virgo new moon in a row, plus a solar eclipse on this date too. It’s also 2 days before the Spring Equinox. It’s a super powerful time to plant seeds, so we’ll be supported by our sister Moon during our journey together. The following Zooms will be Sunday 28th September, Sunday 5th October and Sunday 12th October. Please note that daylight savings starts on Sunday 5th October so please ensure you’re following Brisbane time zone.
WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
4x Zoom calls, weekly for approx 1.5-2 hours, a dedicated private Facebook group, a group chat on Messenger. You’ll receive supporting material, PDF’s, mediations, videos etc. You will also get a private 1:1 Zoom call with me, a mentoring session to deeply support you. Calls will be recorded if needed, however unless you’re working or the power is out - I ask you to fully show up. It’s part of the process.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN IT TAKE?
I will keep this small and intimate - this isn’t a place where anyone will get lost - the number will be capped and a beautiful energetic field of the right fit people will emerge.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
I went back and forth on this, based on how deep I will take this content and accessibility for those wanting to join. (I know so many doing it tough and saying a sacred no to the things they truly want). Early bird price is $149 until 5th September and the price will go up to $229 from 6th September. Doors close Saturday 20th September and an energetic grid will be formed. Given that my casual mentoring rate is $249/hr, and this programme includes a 1:1 session, please know that I am dedicated to you receiving incredible value for being part of this group, and if you’ve done any of my previous programmes, you’ll know just how expansive we go!
